Great! It released some tension but I could have kept going for another 10-15mins it felt like, just to release a little bit further. Thanks!

Hello, Ash! Thank you for another wonderful practice. I always appreciate your messages of accepting our beautifully diverse bodies--that it is ok not to have one's leg parallel with the front edge of the mat in pidgeon's pose, for example. My tight hips feel good energy flowing through them after this practice. You are a gifted teacher.

Really nice practice. Feel really good but had to stop to warm up my muscles before continuing. Beginning with a nice sun salute is always helpful for cold muscles. many thanks for you classes.

Gurlllllllfienddddddddd. Yes Yes Yessssssssssssssss this was sooooo sooooothingggggg calming and much needed .....thank u i did do a few extra poses and held them longerrrrr...💚💚💚💫💚💚💫💚💫💫

Loved this! I get pretty chronic sciatica and hip pain and this was a lovely stretch to loosen and relax after at 9.5 hours on the office chair! Thank you
