I’m trying to understand all this but I just need you or someone in the US to help me. My histamine is super high, horrible depression, that methyl folate makes worse, and depression worse at ovulation and before period. 39 yrs old and ob/gyn says beginning of perimenopause. So what do I treat first and how? Will the ebook give me all the answers? I will still need a doctor to test my homocysteine and I can’t find one here in US that knows all this like you do!
