This takes me back to my childhood in Scotland and having to do compulsory Scottish country dancing in sports.

In the US, we learned the Virginia Reel in music class and then did the foxtrot in Physical Education.

There is a channel called Early American Cooking that I think you would enjoy. The woman on the channel cooks eary American food from the 1700 & 1800 hundreds. She replicates the meals and does all her cooking over a open fire AKA fire place. It's fun just watching her. Bye
