Goood morning Helen! After 22k steps walk and 21 floor climb yesterday my legs this morning felt really sad! 😅 This stretch felt absolutely renewing, your picks of the day are right on time!! Loove laying with my legs up the wall, such a release always! Thank you!! Also, this little set up by your side with the cup and the notebook is absolutely cute! Gives the video setup a nice cozy and caring vibe!

WOW! You had a busy day!! So funny how they're always timed right for you, I love it!!! I remember filming this one.... It was one of the last one's of the day and I was getting tired, so actually forgot my cup of tea was next to me and in shot haha! Walking 20-30k steps each day at work (in heavy, steel toe cap boots) , my feet are usually killing me by the end of the week. Thanks for this video, it made me feel so much better ❤️

I have just done this after well-being Wednesday, I usually walk everyday but I haven’t been for a few weeks as not felt great, time of the month which has lasted nearly 2 weeks 😔. Anyway I walked for an hour a few days ago, my legs are quite tight so this is a lovely practice, I shall definitely be doing it again. Thank you as always Helen, love your practices 🙏😘xxx
