If I have ice 2-3 times a week, one being a game, how many times I should do this workout?

We wouldn't want you doing the same workout each time, but we'd be looking at 3 workouts per week + some mobility and core work if you have just one game a week.

And also note that we aren't going to failure on our sets during the season, so you should be fully receovered for each game

28 sets to do near training and games seems too much. Even the guy in video looks weak.

During the season we are utilizing a "RIR" or Reps In Reserve strategy, so we aren't going too heavy with these. If it is too much for you then we suggest adjusting -- most players have no issues, but we always want hockey players to listen to their own body.
