Carlie it's all calories in vs. out, you can eat whatever you want if it fits in your daily calories and macronutrients, as well as carbs, just trying to help (and yes I know your bf is a shredded beast, i've been following him for years) but the truth is, flexible dieting works.

Julie Diana yup, weights can't make a girl 'bulky' because you guys don't have enough testosterone in your body, but it will make you look 100x better than if you were to be a cardio bunny and get super skinny. With the eating disorder in the past i have to be really careful, how i will go with my weight lose and new healthier life. I can't do gym atm because i am studying in other town (about 130miles from my home) for 3-5 days a week but i can keep my scheduled walks in my days. But what i did, i started to drink more water and i replaced the sweet with vegies and fruits. I can see the difference already after only a week. And you two are so cool and silly. :D

Weirdly enough I spoke to a child psychologist recently who mentioned that those types of broad questions about school and their day are super difficult for children to answer, especially at Cooper's age.
