I did headstand when doing yoga, is the best way to gain confidence specially if you practice failure as well and turning into a rolling ball is perfect for this stand

I can hold a freestanding handstand for a full minute. I feel like I’m “decent” at handstands but my biggest issue is the consistency. Any tips?

I found by using spider fingers is extremely hard for me. Instead, i choose cupping style grip (or pyramid) and it is much stronger for my HS. I know the vast majority people using spiders, but in my opinion the grip itself depends on individual anatomy or personal style. Cmiiw 🙏✌

First need to learn the handstand, but that spider position will be helpful while practising wall assisted handstand Thanks for the info

Have you seen the Shaolin Monks? They “hand” stand with 1 index finger, technically it’s a finger stand instead of hand stand.

So I have been trying to do a handstand for almost an year But couldn't hold it even for 2 secs And just yesterday I realized that actually my legs don't even go completely straight up in air. So when you do a handstand ....just record yourself from every view That will surely help you No regrets

I donot have 4 fingers in one arm physical disability but atill i use palm to balance it is just weird i did not even this my disability will stop me and still i am stronger than majority

Ive got Dupuytrens contracture which means I can’t flatten my hands so I’ve been practicing on parallelettes. Just about getting there with face against the wall practice. Any tips appreciated
