This one fought me every step of the way.
Maybe you can do some of this stuff and im unaware, and some of it you can do in some complicated set up type of ways but why not make it easier. Numerous other suggestions were deleted as this video is already too long. I would love to hear what suggestions you have. comment below and let me know.

You've helped greatly in helping me in my turbo Terminator SBC build. I really happy with how it runs so far. But boost on a stock crank rod 2 bolt 406 has an unknown limit. So Im sneaking up on the power until I finish a good shortblock. Thank you.

I don’t think people are disappointed in the power of the sbc. It’s just all the magazines and website have people believe you can make 1000hp with and LS and single turbo, or crazy power with juts a cam change. Yeah the LS engines make great power, I prefer the gen 1 small block. And would like to build a nice twin turbo small block.

I'm really invested more than I can afford into ls build after investing ingls7 top end I'm sure icould make same or more power withsb2.2 gen1 sbc ls is inexpensive only if you're running cathedral port and junk yard stuff I'm doing boosted lsx 2012 mustang a true mfkn grudge car I don't do car shows I roam no time lane at dragstrip looking for bets I'm die hard grudge racer was paralyzed in2007 STILL chasing my drag racing dreams no matter what happens a warrior embraces the struggle and keeps striving 10 toes down I'm never going quit until I'm dead if your shit supposed be fast Holla at your boy grab a lane and i willshow you my taillights and parachute

@@frankieking7517 the main components are Blueprint power adder 400 sbc, ATI TH400, now has a PTC torque converter(ATI torque converter in video), ford 9”, Holley sniper xflow 1375, full UMI suspension. All the work was done at home by me. I sorted out all the issues we had in the video

Im quickly learning like you said. Everyone is turbo something now. 1000hp. Its all about who has the best converter to hold it anymore. Fuel is 1st then converter. 3rd you just crank it till you spin a rod bearing.

Hell yes! Grand nationals??? Nah not when you have 8 way power pillow top seats. Mine has 80k on it. Every power option works perfect. 305HO if anyone asks. Its a mild 80mm LQ9. Hope it will make a good 300whp.

Idk if the torque is correct or what. But if it’s usually making that much more torque than Hp. I would highly suggest a different camshaft. Thing running diesel numbers 😂

I did hear you say it says it's not in gauging but clearly was and what a waste of a day for you & cost car owner more cash if not in tune too but parts replaced (ignition renewal etc...) Most just don't know how to build a SBC right! You cannot start with some [basically] factory replacement heads from a catalog! You have to do a little research & spend alittle money getting a good top end package! People just don't understand, no matter how much you try to explain it! Your boosted combo, is only as good as the N/A long block is 🙄🙄🙄🙄! If you could make 1.75per cube N/A, street engine, with the internals to handle a couple bar boost! Your going to have a reliable stupid fast combo 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I hoping to get another one together before too long, [Guy that has the first one is still only running N/A] when you see what it will make N/A, I think you will be like what's a LS 😂😂😂😂! No its not some 20 thousand dollar top end either! I'm sure with you being in the area, you know what Andy Jensen does with his 15yr old + combination 😂😂😂😂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻? He does have some hi dollar parts tho 😂😂😂😂! Anyway Joe, you have no idea how lucky you got w that POS! Everything about it is wrong! Which is just asinine! There only about 10 million combos on you tube this guy could have copied, if he just did a little homework! Those POS china carb hats, can & do cause all kinds of fueling & misfiring issues🙄🙄🙄🙄! That throttle body fuel injection is a nice idea, [for a N/A deal] Even tho they say you can use them boosted! But my bosses customers tried them, & always ran into issues, before making real power. Basically about the power you got! With the right hat, A blow thru carb, & a set of medium twins you can do 1200 @ the tire with little issues! [1200hp on rollers] My bosses shop has many running well, setup that way! Basically a nice easy street setup! They are also very reliable, as long as the customers keep up with filters, boost leaks, ect ect! Steve Morris tried the bigger better throttle body EFI setups, to try to run them on his stage 1 stuff. [1500hp crank & lower] Basically to save the customers some money! Now he refuses to use them! He says. Don't even ask! He will still do blow thru to a certain point, but after that, its only MP EFI! Thanks for the good videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻! I just hate to see you get stuck with nightmares🙄🙄🙄🙄!

A handful of years ago Gale Banks was using a coil per cylinder with a distributor plug to run oil pump, instead of a distributor. Maybe the individual coils would help.

Max effort, build GEN 1 SBC VS. LS will make the same power naturally aspirated ,,, 4.4 bore spacing you can’t get around that. I have Absolutely nothing against LS engines. I do like them.
