This workout is intense and will help you toned those ab muscles to get a nice flat stomach. Perfect time for summer or all year round.
Perform every single day for a week routine!
REMEMBER: to get a flat stomach, you need to reduce the fat on top. For this, perform cardio and eat a clean, balanced diet.

Pro tip: Stretch while it's resting time! It helps reduce soreness especially if it's your first time!

@@iloveme4216 they were just saying to stretch during the rest time because it helps with reducing soreness especially if it’s the first time working out! Seems like a simple thing but trust me it works wonders! Like when I stretch during rest/break time on video, it really improves my energy and I’m not even that sore the next day! Definitely recommend!

wait for the results: upper waist-87 cm (34.2 inches) lower waist-100cm (39.3 inches) I started this workout on 19 april Day 1- It was a little bit exhausting; i was tired, but i did it twice Day 2- I walked 7 km, did standing abs for 20 minutes and i did this intense workout twice again Day 3- I did it 3 times Day 4-I did it twice Day 5- I did it twice Day 6- I did it 3 times without any break, it was much easier and i feel more toned, waist is slimmed, wait for my measurements after 7 days ! Day 7- I did it 3 times Results: upper waist-80cm(31.4inches) lower waist-95cm(37.4 inches) Day 8- rest! Day 9- I did it 3 times without any break Day 10-I did it 3 times Day 11-I did it 3 times Day 12- I did it 4 times Day 13- I did it 4 times Day 14- I did it 4 times Day 15- I did it 4 times Final result: Upper waist-77cm (30.3 inches) Lower waist-90 (35.4 inches)

I've been following you Holly for two years now trying to lose my baby weight, and the first time I tried this workout, I'll be honest I quit before the five minute mark, I couldn't do it. Tonight I did it! I made it all the way through the exercise! I've been following your videos that don't say anything about Intense because you are a fitness machine and I'm a lazy back woods redneck hillbilly trying to go city and take better care of herself Thank you for all of your videos. I have abs for the first time in 30 years AND I've lost 45lbs of baby weight in my living room.

Hello, to everyone who says it's hard it doesn't works well I started to do this for 3 days and I see results I have a 5 yo and being a mom is about to get our bodie back and this workout has surprised me because I can see my abs again even if I'm not eating well. So I think that we need to be more constant with it because is not so much time is tough yes, but not as other programs I have tried. So good luck to everyone and keep doing it!

Hi Holly, Thank you for setting this up. I use this workout everyday. The workout has immediate effect on my body and I feel the difference in my abs. But I must say, the advertisements that regularly break the video 3-4 times are very annoying and distracting . they break the rhythm of the workout

Pisces Zodiac you can do them slower. If you pull your knee up to you opposite elbow instead of running. I find that it’s more affective for me as i feel like I’m engaging my abdominal muscles more 💓

This works!! Just a few days in and my tummy is definitely tighter and flatter!! If you're doing what I used to do and you're scrolling KZbin trying to find a workout video that "looks like it would be effective" (lol!) just get up and workout along with it. I almost didn't even try this one because it just looked to simple and easy to yield results. Not so! I used to feel like it had to be all or nothing......work out for 30 minutes to an hour (which is sometimes tough to do) or don't bother working out at all. WRONG! Anything at all is better than nothing at all! 13 min a day for 4 days and I'm already seeing/feeling a difference! Stop scrolling KZbin and social media for 10 to 15 minutes and move your body! You'll feel better

Remember: exercise (to an extent) is great, but confidence and self love is NOT a number. as soon as you reach a specific weight / shape / size, you’ll get a new goal or focus on a new ‘flaw’. You’re beautiful just the way you are. Have a great day and stay on your grind

For me, 5:28 was so hardd but i reminded myself that " The pain you feel today is the Strength you will have tomorrow." Btw one of my fav workout video and i am doing this workout again after so many months. This is the most effective 1 week video that i came across.

💞doing this for two weeks: day 1 - really hard and I had to take a lot of breaks but felt so good afterwards day 2 - same as yesterday lol - burns but worth it day 3 - workout getting easier yay day 4 - got through the whole workout without additional breaks

I usually NEVER comment on ab/ any exercising workouts because most don't work for me (cant feel the burn even with proper form), but when i first started to lose weight i was doing this exact ab routine with other videos, and it helped me lose 30 pounds (with adjusted diet too)! Now I'm doing exercises to tone up but I forgot all about this video until I came back across it today. Back then when i was weaker, IT BURNED but now as I have built some core muscles, IT STILL BURNS. You amaze me Holly! Your workouts while constructive and powerful are worth the results because they are always visible if you are consistent. I hope this brings inspiration to people because I really could've used some when I first started. Know that YOU GOT THIS! YOU can make this happen

I always come back to this video after a period of inactivity. I always find it helps me get back into working out and pushing myself. Sometimes just doing this once per day is all I can manage, but I still see progress with my strength and ability! Great workout!

To the person/people going through the comments to see if this is attainable for them: I have NEVER felt good about myself working out core. I always get angry and upset and usually lead to binge eating and making things worse. This is the first workout I have ever been able to stick with and feel good about. I break for a couple extra seconds every once in a while but it’s usually because I forget to breathe. Today was day 4 for me, I sent a pic to my boyfriend and he legitimately noticed a difference from Monday. And it’s SO QUICK please try it. This is your sign. Do the damn workout and love yourself already

@@jennycruz9065 I had a extra pad of fat. Make that 4 layers thick. But after a month of her 10 min HIIT and abs, I can confidently say, it's 2 layers thick only. Plus my arms and thighs are leaner and can almost see muscle definition.

Hi I’m on the first day but I’m very confident about this bc everyone is so positive about it in the comments… I was fat, but in the pandemic I lost a lil weight. When school started again I saw that all of my friends lost weight, and still say that they are fat. It just pisses me of, they’re skinny and say that they are fat, then what am I? A sausage or what? I’m a teenager who still goes to middle school (i don’t wanna say my exact age bc of privacy), and I’m 54kg and 158cm. For some people idk it may be good but I’m not happy bc all of the people in the class are skinny. I’m fat and short. When everyone is wearing tops, I’m coming to school with an oversized T-shirt. My body makes me insecure, and I wanna change that. I already tried work outs, but they either didn’t work or I didn’t continued working out, bc the workout was so boring. I started doing this video in the lockdown for the first time. I don't do this daily but whenever I want instant weightloss during festive season or wedding season I follow this routine. for everyone who just started doing this workout to get fit in quarantine: THIS REALLY WORKS! I’ve been using this workout for around 4 months. It felt really hard the first few days, but it got easier as I kept doing it, and I saw visible changes in my body after the first 4 or 5 days. I used to do it every day, now I do it once or twice a week and do more advanced ab workouts on the other days. I highly recommend😊

Rawr Lol I’ve always eaten pretty healthy, but I have lost weight since I started doing this workout. I don’t know if it’s due to the workout or what I ate. But I do look a lot more toned now and that’s definitely because of the workout

Just be careful and keep in mind workout posture. Trust me, it saved me a ton of injury.

@@kattyzz Look up workout posture. This workout will hurt, but you'll save yourself some of the other aches and pains. You'll start to build up a bit more immunity. It hurt for me LIKE HELL for the first three days.

I’ve worked out about almost a year and a half and couldn’t get my belly fat reduced and I lost motivation to workout in the process.
