It can also be because the place is supposedly haunted. Anyways, because of this the real estate takes a big hit and makes selling or renting a stigmatized property way cheaper and harder. Thus why Luna was angry lol There's also other reasons that could lead to the property be stigmatized but in this case it's the one above I gave you guys ^^ If you want to know more about this. I would recommend you guys to search more on the subjec yourselft, watch the japanese horror movie "Stigmatized Properties" (事故物件) 2020, or even watch the archives of the Holomems who played to the game "Stigmatized Property" by Chilla's art. You can also play to it yourself.

Choco-sensei and Lui usually have this aura of strong confidence around them on streams, like they are not afraid of the world. So it really shows a completely different angle of them when you see them scared at a horror game. Its like you see them as vulnerable as anyone else, makes you want to hug and cuddle them.
