Texas Roadhouse is a very popular food chain restaurant in the United States. This challenge is who makes the best steaks, a home cook or the restaurant. We both use a bone-in ribeye which was 20oz. But, to take it to the next level I also cooked a twice baked potatoes and the famous sweet rolls that Texas roadhouse serves. Let's not forget about the sweet butter also!

For anyone wondering about the cinnamon, there are two ways to get it and keep the butter fairly white. Cinnamon oil is the first, though I would recommend being very careful since pure cinnamon oil is a fairly powerful irritant. Use something designed for cooking like LorAnn oils (they will say something like flavor, flavoring, or extract). Do *NOT* use anything labeled as "essential oil", since these are both far higher in strength and not food safe. Unless you enjoy spending a few hours sitting on the toilet that is. The other way is to use Canella winterana, also known as white cinnamon. Kinda surprised Guga didn't know this one since it is native throughout the Caribbean from the Florida Keys to Barbados.

I could only wish for the "A Taste of Guga" steakhouse... That being said. You may want to give yourself a 30-45 minute timer to make it more of a fair comparison. For those who are writing the roll recipe down here you go 2 teaspoons of instant yeast 1 1/4 cup whole milk/luke warm 1 cup of honey 3 tablespoons of salted butter 1 large egg 1 teaspoon of salt 4 cups of bread flour or all purpose flour In a bowl put milk yeast and honey in and mix it well and wait 10 minutes look for bubbles to make sure yeast is active once you see bubbles its ready Then throw every thing in mixing bowl start with dry then wet make a dough constantly mix for 5 minutes should end up with soft dough use your hand as fast as possible to shape it into a ball oil a bowl and put in and cover with cling wrap and let rise for 1 hour then stretch the dough till its flat leave it about a half an inch thick then cut them in squares then place baking pan with parchment paper or butter pan then put a little oil on them to prevent them from drying out let them rise again then bake them at 450 degrees after there done rub a cold stick of butter on each of them

@@nothingxs cinnamon extract is an oily liquid with a transparent brownish greenish color, I have used it on cakes and homemade ice creams the first time I used it was on a vanilla ice cream with a touch of cinnamon, I added 4 dropplets of the extraxt to one and a half liter of the ice cream, in the end it tasted ONLY like cinnamon 😅 one dropplet was more than enough, usually you would use around 20-30 grams of fresh cinnamon for that recipe, so it is indeed very concentrated flavor
