Sir these are the best exercises if someone has back pain and mild spinal cord injury, you have explained it in very easy ways, if someone does not have money for physiotherapy then he should try this, will get good results, this is my personal experience, Thanks alot ❤❤

Morning Doc... 🙏Namaste from Darjeeling !!! I'm 48.... Past 1 month I have deep pain on my left buttocks midddle area...sometimes above the middle buttocks below hip line...& no pain front and back area... Situation Worsens... 1. Prolonged sitting 2. Wearing Shoes 3. In & out of Vehicle 4. A slight pain bending forward Walking is very comfortable for me so have been doing so.... Trying to rule out the root cause but in vain...I just feel it may be referred pain...not really able to move ahead with any stretching & strengthening routines due to confusion...it's become a Herculean task. Done Xray L5 S1 reduced space as per my Orthopedic...given few anti inflammatory doses for a week and have asked to take maximum rest...not recommended MRI so far. Past 8 days also seeing a PT...using Tens/IFT 🙏Sir ji would appreciate ur best guidance in this situation...Pls kindly assist !!!
