The Wall Angel is testing your exterior rotation on your shoulder. Find a wall and put your lower back, upper back, head elbows and wrist to the wall. Once everything lined up, try to make an angel on the wall just like you would into the snow.
Don't worry if you can't put your wrist up to the wall without arching your lower back. Just see the results on my website and see what level are you:
