Located in downtown Los Angeles, Homeboy Industries provides hope and job training for formerly gang involved and previously incarcerated men and women so they can redirect their lives and become contributing members of society. By utilizing a combination of donations and social enterprises, Homeboy Industries is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose innovative model of therapeutic wraparound services has helped the organization become one of the most successful reentry programs in the United States.

Hearing and seeing who homeboy industries are gives me hope for humanity. Everyone deserves dignity. I will never view a gang member as I once did. I’m in awe of how these human beings continue to show up withstanding the burdens they carry. Father G is the human being we each can aspire to be. No judgements, boundless hope, communities of love and tenderness. Beautiful.
