I'm really here for the Alfarrari but got to admit, when she fired up it was a special moment (and more lurrvly engine sounds). Another win, many congrats.

Don't know what it is.... maybe Jeff's straight forward transparency in his work and thoughts. Stumbled upon this channel and sub'd. I sensed his disappointment when he "didn't expect it to fire up" the first time.... and it didn't! Then relished in the joy of hearing it fire into life after finding (and admitting) no supply to the injectors. That's the spirit of these projects and a proper bloke tells it like it is. Keep up the good work.

You have a running track car! It's not as loud as I thought it would be. You haven't painted a car in over three years. I think this should be the "Summer of Paint". Cut off all the non-Porsche body "enhancements" and paint the Roxster a nice track car scheme to get back in the groove of painting, then do the Alfarrari.

Twisted wires helps stops EMF interference on signal wires along with the shielding… same as your CAT 5/6 data cables used in computer networks 👍 It’s a good habit to get into. It’s why Motorsport wiring is twisted (apart from making the loom more flexible).

Jeff, there is a sensor that you connect to your fly by wire accelerator which give a much faster response they cost about $150 from most auto parts stores. Don't what there called but my mechanic told me about them today.
@HomeBuiltByJeff3 жыл бұрын
That is for the factory ethrottle pedals in the later 986/996 cars. The response of my pedal can be adjusted as much as I like through the Link ECU.
