One of your better ones Jeff. Good work on making people aware of the importance of using the correct respirator and filter cartridges. I did this mistake a few years back and felt the terrible effects for a good 2 months mate. Not pretty stuff. Great to see your at the level (youtube wise) of getting MCM guys making cameos, haha. You should check your gas filter if it is a one time use or NR. If they are the ones I use at work they can only be used for 3hrs after you peel the foil off.

It is a longer term use filter. I still try to change it regularly though.

Not a Supercheap one. That is a Sundstrom mask (not a sponsor). Most spray painters in NSW use them. The message was more to make sure you use a proper mask ;)

So now you cleaned everything, made sure no 'rust' left - but there is heaps of rust hiding at that fender edge, where inside support is pressed in... Specially at the top part and lower part :( If you came that long soo much, there was just 2 spot welds at the lower section and 4 spot welds at the top edge of the fender - and you could had the support bracket off, then a bit of sand blasting on the edge - and had it perfectly clean.. And worst case scenario - you will have rust bubling on the edges on your new paintjob... Another place where the rust hides - is front of the fender, headlights area. frame for the headlights bucket is spot welded to the fender it self, and old seal usually cracks around that area, and rust starts to form between these to metals, and its goes out at the edge... Another place where you just drill out 6-8 spot welds, have parts separated, then blasted, wash primed, epoxy primed and welded back together... Doors lower edge - is pretty easy to open - and easy to clean all the rust that is there... And usually - wire brush is just gently touching the loose rust - rather then cleaning it... Blasting - is the only solution if you want to get rid of the rust without any chemical stuff...

I think you should modify the rear bumper further. Maybe shorten and taper the sides and/or narrow the middle of the bar to make it more or less flush with the side panel.
