I show you how I make my own beef broth. No artificial additives or chemicals and super easy to make! Our homemade beef broth made from fresh beef, vegetables and spices not only keeps for a long time, but can also be used in many ways - whether as a basis for soups, stews or sauces or simply as a warming snack to drink. For the best quality we recommend using local organic produce, but other fresh ingredients can also be used. After watching this video, you won't want to buy beef broth from the supermarket again, because our version is many times healthier and simply tastes delicious.

Ingredients:
700 g beef shank (1 lb 8¾ oz)
vegetable oil
1/2 turnip greens
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 parsley root
2 carrots
1/2 celery root
4 sticks of celery
1 leek
1 parsnip
1 piece of turmeric root, about the size of a thumb.
80 g salt (¼ cup)
1 tsp allspice
4 bay leaves

Ich liebe es auch, voll ruhig und entspannt. Bei vielen kochviedeos klicke ich na ch einpaar Minuten weg weil manche mich mit ihrer Art einfach aufregen.

He visto muchos videos pero este lo esplica detalladamente y muy bien esplicado mil gracias por darnos estas ricas recetas yo no tengo heladera en casa por que se quedo sin gas y no tengo plata para comprarme otra asi que estas recetas son muy utiles para conservar comida a larguisimo plazo mil gracias la felicito esto me gusta mucho

THANK YOU EVER DO MUCH ❤ I'm certainly going to try this. I will add ½-1 teaspoon mixed herbs, a ¼ teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper. How would it keep if I made curry blocks?

Have a look at supply stores for cheese making. Camembert usually gets wrapped in that kind of foil.

Since you're keeping it in the freezer anyways, all you need is something that will keep them from sticking together. Ordinary sheets of baking paper should do fine

A bit more liquid and final mix in a food processor or strong mixer, and it might even flow in to a ice cube bag.

In einem luftdichten Behälter im Gefrierschrank. Allerdings würde ich empfehlen, sie innerhalb von 2-3 Monaten aufzubrauchen, damit sie frisch bleiben. Ich hatte aber auch schon bei welchen, die noch länger gelagert wurden super Erfahrungen! Viel Spaß beim Nachkochen! 🍽️ - Anna 🥰

In Portugal bekommt man kein Pastinaken und keinen Petersilie Wurzeln, wie kann ich das ersetzen? Danke wenn ihr ein Idee habt

Keine Sorge, wenn du in Portugal keine Pastinaken oder Petersilienwurzeln findest, kannst du sie einfach durch andere Wurzelgemüsesorten ersetzen, die du leicht bekommen kannst, wie zum Beispiel Karotten oder Sellerie. Sie werden ähnliche Aromen und Textur haben. Viel Spaß beim Kochen! 😄🥕 - Anna 🥰
