Today I made the tastiest and easiest bread from simple ingredients with no sugar!
I finally found the tastiest bread recipe with simple ingredients! This is the perfect and easy bread recipe - try making this bread!
The perfect recipe for a sugar-free breakfast bread for the whole family. You can eat this bread for lunch or for breakfast! Baking bread yourself is very easy!

Ingredients for Sugar Free Bread:
Flour 000 (or flour) 500 g.
Dry yeast 5 g (or fresh yeast 20 g).
Add 7g of salt.
Mix well.
Add 350ml warm water.
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Put the dough on the table.
Repeat after me.

With this type of dough kneading, the dough becomes elastic and supple.
It took me about 10 minutes to do this.
The dough almost doesn't stick to your hands.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough has risen well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Repeat after me.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Shape the dough into 2 balls.
Pour the dough into proofing molds.
Dust the dough with flour.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Place in the baking tray preheated to +230°C for 30 minutes.
Place bread on the hot baking sheet and cover.
Bake the bread at 230°C with the lid on for 15 minutes.
Open the lid and bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C.
Let the bread cool completely!
