I've been following so many chef bloggers all around the world. But sometimes we will not get English subtitles and this cheese making style is Turkish. I mean this cheese is called turkish cheese which they follow all the same recipe and add chopped dill, peper or walnuts or butter in that cheese recipe for different various making styles.
