Today I will make the hands for a wristwatch. The basis of these hour hands will be a shaving blade . We will cut with a laser, and we will work a little on a lathe. Enjoy watching! #diy#clock_hands#w&m

I personally don't like the AI voice as much. Your videos without it are way more relaxing to watch. In my opinion subtitles or on screen captions works better

The ai voiceover ruins this video, makes no sense at certain points and it calling hands arrows the entire video is terrible
@solinus713110 ай бұрын
I think the author doesn't speak English as a commenter mentioned, so I think they translated the script (hence why clock hands are called as arrows) and used a text to speech. I would instead keep the ambient sounds (as what they did before) and use the captions for the narration

If you want Russian audio with autotranslated English subtitles, he does have another channel

In most languages other than English, it's called arrows. In my language it's even called a scorpion.
@HarosOfStyx10 ай бұрын
Because the AI translated it. In Russian, the meaning is arrow. Makes no sense to call them "hands", anyway.

@@bergamtwhich is difficult for people to find if they don't know how to write Cyrillic. Last time i looked, he didn't have his Russian channel listed in the Channels tab.

why using auto computer voice?

because the author does not speak English.

I’d rather no speaking at all like previous videos

Super great! It looks like a very convenient technique. Also I like it better when you do the voice over yourself. I really enjoy your accent.

It's a gamble to change the format of your videos. I prefer no comments. Other creators have secondary channels because of this.

AI voiceover 'cheapens' the video... I would prefer badly written subtitles - they feel more 'human'.

It seems every comment I'm reading is a vote against the AI speech. Not one person mentioned the magnetic hands (magnetism is a big no-no in watch making). It all that aside, your machining skills,,,and at that tiny scale!! Wow! Thanks for posting your video

I find ai voices to be grating and distracting. I generally find your videos relaxing but i just couldnt watch tis one. No explanation would have been better than fake narration.

I would much prefer read subtitles and leave the video in your language than listen to that AI generated voiceover. Cut off our fungus?
@BariumCobaltNitrog3n10 ай бұрын
That "narrator" needs some contact with humans, what an annoying voice. I had to make some new hands, so I went to the drugstore and got a $12 watch with the right hands. Kids can't read analog clocks so they are cheap. Or read cursive but that's another story.
