For the reheating process, once you placed the curd back to the reheated whey, am I going to turn off the fire or stay it as low?

You can adjust the heat throughout the process! But when you first heat the whey, you can turn off the heat immediately, then if you noticed that the temperature of the whey started to decrease you can put it on low heat until you are done! But if it boils, don’t put the cheese in it again! 🤗

Can we use lemon juice instead of vinger
@CravetoCook4 жыл бұрын
White vinegar is a must! But you can do a combination of vinegar and lemon juice! 4 Tbsp of white vinegar and 2 Tbsp of lemon juice🤗 Lemon juice alone won't result in mozzarella cheese!🤗

If you’re using fresh milk, then the white vinegar quality must be the problem, or you must’ve over-heated the milk!

That looks great, I wanna try to make this. I was wondering which vinegar I should use, I have 25%
@CravetoCook3 жыл бұрын
That’s great! I’m pretty sure the percentage depends only on the quantity of vinegar you should add! Mine was around 5 percent, so maybe use half the amount of vinegar and it should work just fine!

The normal supermarket fresh milk is pasteurized to around 79degrees C I enquired. Will is work with such milk?
@CravetoCook3 жыл бұрын
As long as the milk doesn’t reach its boiling point, it works!! Yes this type of milk should work fine!
@kite21392 жыл бұрын
Update!! I finally managed to get some fresh milk and it worked!! I just finished to make it into a ball. The only question I have is how do you get rid of the vinegar smell? Mine still seems to smell of vinegar even after the ice cold water part.

Hi ! I love your recipe so much and I have 1 question , if i double the mount of the milk should I double the vinegar or 90ml do the trick! Well thank you so much and have nice day 🤩
