《Tofu Cabbage Rolls》
Simple tofu filling wrapped in a tender cabbage leaf, it's like a cross between dumplings and spring rolls. Simply pan fry to give them a beautiful charred look, the cabbage is lightly sweet after being fried, fresh and delicious, easy to make!
Ingredients:
Chinese cabbage 8-10 slices, medium firm tofu 200g,
seafood mushroom 50g, carrot 30g, coriander 20g,
nutritional yeast 1tbsp, salt ¼tsp, white pepper ¼tsp,
potato starch 1½tbsp, soy sauce 2tsp, sesame oil 1tsp,
cooking oil 1 tbsp, soy sauce 1tbsp
