《Rice Paper Pies》
No-kneading, quick and easy pie, crispy and delicious! Tasty and low burden!
Ingredients:
Rice Papers, Bean curd sheet 2pcs (about 50-70g),
Shiitake mushrooms 125g, Carrot 80g,
Bean sprouts 100g, Cooking oil ½tbsp,
Mushroom stir-fry sauce ½tbsp, nutritional yeast ½tbsp,
White pepper ½tsp, salt ¼tsp, sugar ½tsp,
Soy sauce ½tbsp, sesame oil 1tsp,
Soy sauce 1tbsp, Balsamic vinegar 1tbsp, Chilli flakes ½tbsp

I made these for lunch a few days ago and these parcels were delicious! Sadly I didn’t have any bean sprouts, so I used cabbage for the crunchiness. I sautéed it the longest, because it takes the most time to break down. This is a customizable recipe, and it’s a good way to use those bits of vegetables you just can’t bear to toss out. I always have 1/3 bell pepper, 1/2 onion, stray lettuce leaves, 3/4 cucumber, etc. that I don’t know what to do with, so this recipe is perfect for those vegetables.
