Need to clarify, for most people the benefits come without a single day of exercise. If you can exercise, that will accelerate results for you physically and visually. But the MAIN goal is internal healing.

I second this. I started exercising after 3 months on the PHD. I now can't not take a walk or run each day and just started strength training at outdoor free places near my home. It is so good to use my body when everything works like it should :) Don't worry about exercise it will come naturally I think for most :)

I can't do traditional exercise due to muscle spasms & pain from Fibromyalgia. But I noticed a huge surge of ENERGY! So, I have been more active, walking, cleaning, organizing, socializing. Which helps weight drop off just from more general activity! Yay! Feeling good again is so awesome! I have my Life back! After decades of chronic and episodes of severe pain... 😢 Carnivore has relieved the chronic inflammation from GLUTENS, I was taking 3 pills a day for! Also, 3 strong pills a day for the intense pain. Which contributed to the fatigue and brain fog gluten was also causing! So, since I was able to wean off the meds, my kidneys and liver are doing better now too. Looking forward to living a long & happy life now! 🎉😅❤

Exactly…😎 the word diet is always associated with eating for a set period of time or until a goal is met … what actual just means - 1. the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community is intended or habitually eats

I think I’ve finally gotten to stage three! I’ve been carnivore for almost five months, and though my weight barely ever budged, I stuck with it. My body composition kept changing even though my weight stayed the same. I started Lion diet ten days ago and BAM, the weight is now dropping off. But most importantly, I feel better than ever. More calm, mental clarity, I feel like my body has accelerated its healing process from years and years of living a destructive lifestyle. This way of eating has changed my life and is helping me blossom into the best version of myself I could have only dreamt of. I feel like it will just keep getting better from here. This way of eating has even affected my toddler and my husbands eating habits too. For the better. I’m even changing my cat’s diet around so he can thrive too. So grateful🙏🏽

I wasn't a vegan but loved vegetables and I believed they were good for me. So I'd eat them almost every day. Then I started a carnivore diet because I wanted to lose some weight. I cut down on eating vegetables and ate more meat, eggs and butter. A few months into this kind of eating, I felt pain on my right side and later I had pain in my bladder. It was kidney stones. Oxalate dumping. So I stopped eating veges altogether. But, I began to miss the vegetables and I thought some salad wouldn't be bad. I was wrong. I suffered from bloating and muscle aches for a few days. Now I'm fixing my body by starting back the carnivore diet.

That mind fog was the one for me, 40 odd years I lived in this state, just couldn`t figer it out, every now and then maybe once or twice a year I`d wake up and the fog would be gone, I couldn`t figer out what it was all about, I remember I`d wake and my mind would be working feeling great so I`d speak to people again, great I can hold a conversation then I would wake the next morning back to square one, the people I spoke to yesterday just thought I was doubley weird because I couldn`t speak to them, why bother if I can`t hold a intelligent conversation, after several years of this I learned even if I awaken mind clear of fog then don`t speak to people because I`ll not be me tomorrow, now Carnivore getting towards 2 years the mind fog has been gone for most of that time and month on month now I can feel my confidence growing in the solid state of mind I now find myself in and conversing with others returning to the natural state in which it should have always been. This is my reason that I`ll eat no other way now, the clarity of mind is more addictive for me than sugar ever was!

57 years old and carnivore was literally my survival choice. I chose carnivore. Today is exactly five months. Blood pressure normal, inflammation mostly gone, and my clothes fit nicely now. Workouts are a breeze with all the energy I need. I am in stage four. Hungry a lot and my weight loss has stopped. Letting the plateau happen for a while then going for that last ten pound drop. My favorite part are Friday's where my mostly carnivore son and I go to the local barbeque joint and enjoy the ribs and fatty brisquet. Just typing 'fatty brisquet' made my mouth water. This is the easiest eating regime I have ever been on. I know exactly what I am going to eat and when and I know that I will enjoy every meal completely. First couple weeks were mentally hard. I kept wondering what the hell I was doing and was I crazy for doing it. That ended after about 6 weeks, then it all felt so natural.

And like drinking or any addiction had to change “ lifestyle “. Friends and family. Be around like minded or if friends wanted to go out to eat it had to have access to steak. Hamburgers out I am still tempted by buns FF and katshup. I have a lot of stress. Working on planning meals having what foods I need daily to avoid lessen a relapse. When I did this last it seemed easier and was able to get thru those stages like Kerry mentioned. Was the best I felt EVER!! Stay close to this and other channels. Their younger brother needs carnivore the most for his brain. I’m all but laughed at! However I think as they see me doing the right thing to improve my health I think they’ll start asking questions. I’m 75, had a mild stroke 2 years ago, was still healing from that, then someone ran into my car (with me in it!) earlier this year. So I’m moving from keto to carnivore via ketovore. I eat mostly meat, eggs, butter. Sticking with it!

Every stage i have felt and self sabotaged because each stage has pit falls, and depending on your life, it's too easy to go backwards than forwards. Shows something so simple isn't necessarily that easy. But we learn and ee get back up and persist because there is no other better way and it does work. Sugar addiction is connected to many other aspects, not just eating it but creating and baking and sharing and hosting and celebrating with it. Others enjoy it, promote it, and continue to ask for it. So it's a constant conscious way of living. It's true that we need to slowly change those brain pathways and push those other habits out with carnivore options. But each time i fall, the brain fatigue and fog is another wall that needs to be pushed thru. Set backs are only setbacks.

A major problem i see for people is stress eating. Many of us have been raised to eat under dress, usually junk food for comfort. I stop myself in "those feelings" and look for other ways to curb stress and tension. Sit quietly outside, read a book, sit in a hot bath, etc. I think it's crucial we look for other avenues to deal with stress while we are detoxing.

You brought up a good point because I too thought this myself but I hear it so much from others about not connecting that the diet has a lot to do with their issues especially mental health, so I hear things like, AFTER I get rid of my anxiety, I'll be able to work on lowering my sugar, when both those things require diet change. It's amazing how our mind body and spirit do affect one another and we should be taking care of all parts for good health harmony, but everybody has to find that out on their own and hopefully will, otherwise you go on a never ending cycle right? How many of us have said that we wish we knew about this or that years ago! 😊

I got to a point where going for a 1/2 hour walk would have me on the couch for the rest of the day. Shortly after, I started the carnivore diet. By the end of that summer my Saturday consisted of a 1 hour walk, 50 minute boxing session, 5 hour motorbike ride, and then I'd go kitesurfing for a couple of hours. And that was all without eating. I'd have a big steak for dinner and be looking for something to do for the evening.

Try using electrolyte in your water it would take care of the tiredness, you are losing (potassium, sodium & Magnesium ) these needs to be replenished otherwise tiredness and dehydration sets in even with drinking loads of water on the cellular level the water alone isn’t getting absorbed, you find you go to wee it out a lot but electrolytes will make a difference.

23rd day today No brain fog anymore: new ideas, sharp memory. Then there's lots of energy, wrist pain from a year ago cleared (it was there all the time), no more dust mite allergy (!?), MUCH less anxiety than before. I feel like I'm 15 yrs old again o.O

This takes time, allow your body to heal itself and rest, the amount of toxicity and inflammation and recurring stress that's been going on your whole life will take time to release. That being said, I have found that I can have only 100% grass-fed meat. My body cannot deal with any grain fed. From all of my research I think the body needs to heal everything with saturated fats and it takes a long time to heal. All of those toxins and unsaturated fatty acids are in every cell and need to be cleaned out and rebuilt. I'm on 1 year and 1 month and still experiencing some things I didn't expect like afternoon fatigue. It had gone away during the early highs. So I nap. I'm trying to look at it like I really don't even know what my body's natural baseline levels are because I was never really naturally healthy before, it was all just coping and going from one trigger to the next.

What stage is the stall? I lost 100 pounds in six months but stalled for over two months. I'm eating Lion with no cheats at all. Seems to be normal for many. I still have about 50 more to go. My only exercises are short walks, weekly yoga and occasionally playing in the ocean. I have lost 5 pounds in the last couple of weeks, so hopefully I'm on the right path.

It's the cramp that gets me to stop. I can have my whole leg cramp up!! I drink 3-4 litres water, lots of salt, electrolyte powder. I used ChatGPT and asked about joint pain (which comes back EVERY time I go back to 'normal' diet) and it basicly suggested strict keto or carnivore as I'm having issues with standard diet!!! It suggested my Electrolytes could be unbalanced. HOW can I check that???? It recommended LMNT but it's expensive in UK as it's from USA.

Ive been on a carnivore diet for 2 months now. Ive lost 25lbs and ALL of my lipid blood markers went down. What’s up with that? Cholesterol 140 down from 230, triglycerides 50 down from 110, HDL stayed the same at 44, LDL dropped to 70 from 140, Cholesterol/HDL ratio 3 down from 5. Im having the reverse effects that all these doctors tell us. Ive been pretty much doing the Lions diet. What’s up any guesses?
