Lovely video! My maternal Grandma Hazel taught me to farm cook. I was blessed to have her living next door and spent every possible waking moment with her. Know that your grandchildren will remember these moments in the kitchen with you. I am 71 and still carry my grandmothers love and lessons to this day, every time I make one of her recipes . She taught me the New Hampshire OLD WAYS and it was a priceless gift! We live her 1930s lifestyle today. It carries us through these challenging times. One of the differences between our farms ( besides countries) is that I rarely use my kitchen wood stove in the summer. I would have a summer kitchen built for that purpose. Can't take the heat in the farm cottage! Please continue to post more of these wonderful videos. I will try some of these recipes. ~ Diane

So Glad to see Mom n Dad are doing well. As Always it was fun to listen to the kids between running around and helping. This is far better than the Waltons ever could be. (Waltons was a TV show in the US back in the 70's) I love your family and life style, I am hoping that when I am in a position to build my home that I can install one of your stoves. I always knew that our older ways of cooking were more interesting . Somehow somewhere we all lost it ....one thing this pandemic has taught everyone is ..how wonderful it is to do everything together with the family...in southern india ..it had always been this way .cooking everything in our own houses...and children growing up seeing it all ..know the importance...
