Thanks for the wholesome story at the beginning of the video, Middle Aged Man, (You're not old, lol!) I get the feel you'll love the other two actual Homeworld reviews he's done: they're all amazing, so I hope you cover them sometime in the future, though I'll probably watch whatever you put out regardless.

First off, fingers crossed for Homeworld 3. May it be a worthy successor as a mainline successor after the mostly good prequel of Deserts. To quote the credits of Tex Talks History: The Dr. Christmas Story, "guest starring Mr. Train!" Yeah, used to hear a train a lot at my old house, and a lot more in the past for this house. Though most commonly commuting to a technical college, sometimes having to wait for 10 minutes. Still nowhere close to my 2 most tedious times in a car. I mean, excessive force was how the earliest and stupidest archeologists did it. SCHLIEMAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN!!!!! Also Paleontologists denying finds to competition would rebury and often demolish entire skeletons in fossil rushes. But unlike them, the Sjet scientists can find some very currently applicable technologies and resources to solve their problems. They're not blasting through several layers of ancient cities, including the layer they actually wanted before absconding with gold that the nation is still trying to get back. Well the Ghalsean were surviving the best, so that may have been enough to get them drunk on fanaticism to believe they could endure. Though given that even with the tech found on this and later expeditions, the planet is still in its death throes before the Taidan glass it, they were wrong. And of course, trying to wipe the people of Kharak with that orbital cannon shows that even obediently submitting to the punishment wasn't good enough. Landcrawler make happy brain. I'm very happy for you to see your passion reinvigorated. And with 3 on the horizon, may you have a great journey through old and new.

This, especially if you want to go play the Remastered, I'm not 100% on whether they changed it after or not, but they used the homeworld 2 engine for both, which means everything in the remaster was like "Unit A has a base chance of hitting Unit B of xx%", instead of Homeworld 1's "The ship fires where it believes the ship will be and luck and movement changes whether it hits or not". I think I read someone saying at some point that they changed it but I barely remember whether that was true or a dream

​@@TraxOfertaYeah they changed how the fights work. In the original the system worked "If the shot connects it does s**t" I think the devs said something among those lines. But now fighting is random based.
