What a waste of the courts time and attorney fees, clerk fees and the judges fees. If they truly believed this was abuse to a child trying to kill himself then they need more help themselves. This is only my opinion.

Last case is sad, sad to see children suffer. But the woman called in to help control an out of control situation did nothing wrong

They need a better microphone for the witnesses. You can barely hear then 😢

I hope Londy didn't take this loss too hard. Surely she must have known that she had a weak case.

She's lucky this isn't a Minnesota court as we have laws protecting Vulnerable children and adults. The defendant would be found guilty.

Let me put it from another point of view....she's restraining his upper body..presumably from testimony he was using his hands/arms to attempt to do harm to himself while trying to kick to keep people away/hurt them (at least that's the conclusion I draw from all the testimony but I could be wrong) a person can retain control of an individuals upper body while momentarily for safety reasons 'slap' a leg away....what they can't do is retail control of the upper body and grab and restrain a leg....not alone...its not possible not without help or some other physical activity that would be disapproved of....and this is coming from someone who is trained in legal form of use of force. On a use of force scale, she restrained an individual whose intent was to do harm to themselves or others and did not use excessive force (according to recognized Use of force charts) to do so. She should be found not guilty.

I wish they would stop diagnsng kids with ptsd. He has behavioral issues because of his autism maybe. Or because his mother ingested something harmful while pregnant. Or because he had a negative reaction to his immun’s. Kids today are all messed up because of this new age bologna that so called counselors push on parents. All the mds, all of the interventions. It’s got to stop.

Again and again the judge sides with the defendant. Tired of watching him screw over the landlord.

I haven't gotten that far yet, but where these people rent is their home. In most cases they don't have the option to buy a property, so this is their home and they have been there for years. I do understand that landlords are placed in a difficult position by some renters. It helps if they jump on arrearages early. Plus they have the option to sue for the missing rent in cases where the tenents have left. But you are right, many landlords lose money and have their property damaged.
