Great videos but Wish there was an English translation of these videos, what size of pilot jet and main jet needle clip height.?

Hello, an English translation would be good, that's right. Unfortunately, my English is not really good. The pilot jet is # 40 and the main jet is # 78. But only for the German version. In the US, the main jet is # 100 because the air intake is different. The needle position is in the middle, in the third notch. I hope this helps you further.

@@motormac3657thank you for the reply I'm in Ireland btw, and own the same bike a 73 500 k1, I've followed your carburetor build and followed it the best I can. I have the same air filter box but my one doesn't have the lid, it has a little rubber cover. It's all stock and I've replaced everything in the carbs to stock new intake boots, manifold seals, airbox boots but it hangs on idle after I rev it, valves checked, timing checked starts on first kick #100 mains and #40 slow, air screw 1⅛ out, needle 4th down, floats set to 22mm so slightly rich. Vacuum synchronised no air leaks i just can't work out why it hangs. Feel like giving up as I've been trying to sort this for months 😪
