Honda CB 550 Four Supersport - Not another Caferacer

Rebuild of my Honda CB 550 Four Supersport F1 with some elements of the CB 500 Four and a Stainless steel exhaust system from the German brand Scheibel.
Went for the classic look and absolutly love the outcome.

I'm glad to see, not another cafe racer, anyway a cafe racer isn't just about fitting lower bars, like so many do.

What bars are these? The renthals I originally wanted are out of stock so I'm exploring options. Sweet ride !

These were just the standard Honda handlebars for the 550. Good ones,not to low and not to high.

Where did you get the turn signal and brake light? very subtle and good looking

The turn signals are form kickstarter or kedo (can't remember) and the brake light is the german version. Quite rare these days, but can find it on ebaykleinanzeigen for example.

Great Bike!! How is the Scheibel exhaust compared to the original one? I am doing a rebuild and I wonder if I should keep it. Thank you.

It truly is. The Scheibel exhaust has a better sound (deeper) and no problem with rust (stainless). In terms of power i can't really say. Maybe the Scheibel has a little bit more power. If your original 4:1 in is in good condition, keep it. They are quite rare today and lovely to see. Unfortunately, most of original exhausts have problems with rust, including mine

Wunderschöne Maschine, besitze die selben nur in blau. Ich habe die Möglichkeit auf die Scheibel Anlage umzurüsten, allerdings fehlen mir die nötigen TÜV Berichte, Könnten Sie mir weiterhelfen?
