What if you pull the fuse. Would that bypass the Bluetooth module and prevent battery drain or does that fuse do other things?

Also Acura TSX, TL, MDX, RL, and the list goes on and on. But not a safety issue, so no recall. Although, I heard there was a class action lawsuit for certain year acura TL. I checked the acura rl, for 2005-2008, the new bluetooth module is about $1500 lmao.

This is a inherent fault in Honda and new Toyota hybrids cross, chr ,Prius etc The Reason is the batteries they fit are not fit for purchase I have a two and half year old CHR if not used often the battery offers only 8 amps not enough to crank the engine a stronger battery is required to solve the problem this must be corrected by the manufacturers

Yes, mate. The car will work as well without it. You just wont have the option to connect your phone to the car for phone calls.

what years honda civic is this

Mine is 2008, but this module will be found on many models of Honda from 2003 all the way up till 2012 probably. It used for connecting phone to car for hands free phone calls. So an indication if you have this module in your car will be phone calls buttons on your steering wheel. Not every honda has it tho. Not even every civic. You must check the specs of your car.
