Honestly, I think it's really great that you don't put absolutely all of your life on youtube. I find you're super genuine and haven't let being a youtube just take over your entire life.

Not really on topic, but I just wanted to thank you. A few months ago, you posted a video about your morning routine. I normally don’t watch these types of videos because they just make me feel bad about myself and my life. But it was you, so i figured I would give it a go. You talked about sitting down and journaling three pages every day. I thought, well, this is something I can also achieve with the limited time I have in the mornings. Since then, I sat down nearly everyday and filled at least one page (I have tiny handwriting, so one page is already a lot), and it honestly changed my everyday life. I used to fill one or two notebooks every year with bullet journaling and other random stuff. This was the first time I finished an entire Leuchtturm journal in four months. Not only do I love flipping through that notebook, I really experience life because I get a chance to reflect on it every day. Its nearly August now and I’m not surprised at all. Time is not just happening to me, I’m living it. So thank you. This is a practice I will carry on doing and which will continue to shape and change my life for the better. So keep up the awesome work! I’m sending you so much love ❤

This is so beautiful. I'm so glad you found your stride!! Like with everything in life, when someone is showing you how they do x,y,z, you can take what's for you and leave the rest. ♥

Dear Caitlin, I love what you had to say about sharing relationships as a lifestyle "influencer" and how it is a matter of boundaries. Thank you for your honesty ❤

I love that you have that compartmentalization, it is necessary, you are not your work. And even if people are curious, it's nice to have boundaries. 🥰

I really respect the boundaries you have as a creator, it’s so refreshing! Also washed and dryer are so nice. I think every apartment or home should have one!

I adore getting to know more about your mindset through this video. And it is always good to hear how you make choices about what you share, because I think it’s important to have some boundaries ❤

Kudos to you for keeping firm boundaries and not sharing every aspect of your life online! It's refreshing :) I love the content you share, but that doesn't mean I want every private moment of your life. Also the Portuguese! YES. I'm also a Portuguese girl and my siblings and I were never taught the language. I WISH we new it and I tried picking it up in university and it was SO HARD to start from 0. I really hope you're able to add it to your roster because I agree so strongly about how important language is.

Those personal boundaries are so important when you share (part of) your line online. Part of it is absolutely creating a line between sharing your story and respecting the stories of people who are not online. But also, when much of your life is your work, it also serves as a way to manage work-life balance.

I totally respect you wanting to keep your life private- I just think sometimes as a viewer, we want to feel a little more “connected” in a way besides watching you journal, crochet, etc. since we take the time to support/watch your videos. But again, I get it and not trying to be “that person” haha Just giving another perspective! Enjoyed the video! 💗

I 100% agree with prioritizing washer and dryer, someone who hasn’t lived in an apartment will never understand the hassle of having to use shared laundry facilities

Having boundaries about what you share is so important (and healthy). I think that also applies to all kinds of jobs. Sure, one that is as public as yours makes it really critical but I work in an office environment and while I like the people I work with and we get along great, there is a lot I don't share. We are friendly but we are not friends. My private life is just that, private. You are just as entitled to that as anyone else!

I've been really enjoying the Fantasy Fangirls podcast as they reread the ACOTAR series! Highly recommend (regardless of if you do a reread along with them for the episodes). They did the same for Fourth Wing and Iron Flame as well!

I've never crochet anything, but I've been looking at chochet clothing like 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀 Crocheting things like stuffed animals doesn't appeal me cuz I don't have an use for them, but clothes are definitely practical!

I think some of the questions come from believing that what we see on the internet is 'reality'. We are content creators, so all we show is content created for that purpose. Even those channel that supposedly shows the real life of someone, are filmed and edited to, once again, make something, a product if you will. So, some creators want and choose to show their relationships, family, friends, etc. and others choose not to. And it's fine. You make super clear in the description of your channel what the focus of your space is, journaling, books, organization, etc. The same goes to the point about the apartment and if you will move or not. That apartment is your home, yes, you work from there, but it's still your home. Moving just to create content is not what this channel is about, or at least not until now. I like your content, your personality, your vlogs, and your humor, and that is why I watch your videos. If and when I want other types of content I go to other channels for it. Thanks for the chat, and the reflections 🙏 Sending you love and good energy from Chile!!! ❤

I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like you don't actually share anything about your life, for example, you said you went to a cottage BUT you didn't say who you went with, was it family, friends, a partner, on your own? You've got things going on in the background that are difficult, but is it someone's sick, is it something work related, etc? I'm not saying you should share that stuff if you don't want to, it's great you keep your life off the internet, but personally I find your vlogs empty because of it, and much prefer your focused content like your decorating your kobo video, or your organization videos. I personally feel you're a lot less of a vlogger, than an advice style creator. I think a vlogger would share more, they would share events they go to, whether brand or a night out with friends (sharing just their face), they'd say who they went away with etc, and again I'm not saying you should share these things at all, I'm just kind of putting your content into a different perspective. As for moving, the average person doesn't move all that often, so the fact you've been in the same place for so long is very refreshing

mmmm, i feel like you misunderstood the romantic relationship question. it wasn't asked to flaunt people on your channel but more so talking about being single or in a relationship. really, no detail of that person (including face) has to be shared. it just would be nice to know where you are at, your insights on it and dating in general, but ofc it's your space and your decision (i just thought that you might want to consider that there are levels to sharing).
