Yes. Mere aayurvedic dr.ne muze kha tha ,ublte panime thodasa nmk aur ye sprauts dalkar sirf 5 minit ubale . Fir pani chhankar fek de aur ankurit dale saladke liye use kre .isse easy to dijst n jodome vat nhi hota hai .
