About what temp did you cook those? My wife is already bugging me to try them, and I've used my smoker once.

I never use butter, only a heavy spritz...but that reminds me of a rumor that Texas Roadhouse dips their ribs in bacon grease. Have you tried bacon grease on ribs?

Those Ribs look absolutely Killer!! I'm going to try that this weekend. Btw - I love to mix 1/2 and 1/2 of Frank's Hot Sauce and Simple Truth Organic BBQ Sauce (non-fructose) then apply during the last 5-10 mins of the cook while the grill is turned off.
