Robin, you are so good at doing these tutorials! My mother taught me crochet when I was a teen and I happily crocheted for a few years, then it got sorta ignored for decades. Now, in my forties I picked it up again and your videos have gotten me in touch with newer styles and techniques coz you make it so easy to understand and follow along. I have made so many things after watching your tutorials (lot of them for my mother) 😅 Thank you again, for all you do.

I have already completed a huge sample of this stitch, it is my new favorite. Thanks so much for the clear instruction!! I look forward to trying several other stitches that I previewed while doing this sample - the mini bean is too cute!! How many spools of yarn do you recommend for a blanket? ❤
@HookedbyRobin2 ай бұрын
This is a very tricky question to answer as there are so many variables! How much yarn you need will depend on which yarn you choose, the thickness of that yarn, your tension and how large you want your finished project to be. I suggest making a small sample first so you can gauge how much yarn you'll need. If making a crochet square, you can weigh your finished square to work out how much yarn it used!😃
