It is! I used 2 x Balls of Lion Brand Landscapes Renewed Yarn in the colourway "Sweet Mint" with a 7mm Hook. For the tutorial itself, I used the same yarn in the colourway "Desert Spring".😃🧶

it looks so easy when you do it, but I have tried to get a start on this like 5 or 6 times, and keep coming out with one less chain than needed for the first row. I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong, but I am determined to get this right!! I also went down a hook size as mine was looking much looser than yours, perhaps because different yarn? It’s a lovely stitch, hope to get it down. thanks for the video!
