Thank you very much for teaching me this square
@mymthegreyful3 жыл бұрын
Thanks ; i'm going to the blog to see if i can figure out how to do this w/o changing colors ; because the edges are confusing me. TERRIFIC idea for either a small wash cloth or a blankie big enough to cover the lower 40 acres.

I love your tutorials. You make it so easy. I never knew granny squares were so simple. They look so complicated. Thank you for breaking it down into steps I can follow.

This tutorial couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. I’ve recently bought some pastel yarn and I have been toying with different blanket patterns but couldn’t find what I was looking for. This will be perfect for the colours of yarn I’ve bought. Super excited to get cracking with it. Your tutorials are ever so easy to follow you’re definitely my number one when it comes to inspiration and tutorials. Xx

What a lovely comment! If you are wanting to make one giant one like in the intro, I started with a 10 round granny (instead of 2 rounds) but you can upscale that to however big you want OR loads of small pastel ones would look LUSH too 😍

Hooked by Robin I couldn’t wait so I’ve made a start already. I will post it on my IG (@Mrs_macsparkles) and tag you in it so you can see when it’s done. Thank you again for your amazing tutorials. Xx

Excellent tutorial! I started making granny squares for the 1st time only a few months ago. It is a creative stitch, very interesting patterns but....this is my new favorite. I really dislike joining every granny squares and it can ruin the look of the attachment of the squares. But I’m starting this project today, a full, multi color changing granny square blanket! Very excited and motivated by your video. Thank you for the content you create.

Robin, are you planning on making the smaller granny into a blanket or throw or keep it growing? I absolutely live those colors together but I’d also like to see how the mitre stitch works up in the small blocks and then sewed together. That would be beautiful.
