I experienced much joy many years ago with felting fleece. The beautiful colours. The process. Of both wet and dry felting. No idea where any of it is now. Because I was actually enjoying myself it was pathologised as rapid cycle bipolar…truth is I was a misdiagnosed AuDHD woman simply experiencing some joy for a change.

I didn't recognize happiness and ended up with bipolar diagnosis. I thought being happy was some kind of mania because I'd been miserable for so long! Nope, just a happy AuDHD woman as well. ❤
