I thought I was crazy for having cold flashes. I had never heard of it before. I hate them. I sat under a blanket with a heating pad and could not feel the heat from the heating pad. I just learned to shiver until it's over. I hope for myself and everyone watching your wonderful videos that everyone's post-menopausal life is free from any flashes.

Oh you sooooooo not alone, i would put my feet in hot water and couldnt feel it😮......crazy lol...... so especially after shower i immediatley put on socks and stick my feet under a heating pad, like my mom always said, feet warm ,heart warm!!! Works for me , maybe it works for you.....also benadryl will help, i dont know why, something about the hystamine and how it affects your nerv receptor......try it❤

Thank you for this video. I'm 51, and I'm still in perlmenopause. But I do get hot and cold from time to time. I also thought it may be a thyroid issue, but it's not. I had no idea being cold is part of menopause symptoms. Usually, I only hear about hot flashes.
