I too struggled with dizziness for a long time. Also feeling disconnected from my self was the wierdest and most scary symptom for me. It has reduced but comes back to bite me sometimes. Because of your videos, I took my health more seriously... and been increasing my communications with Orthopedic, Neurologist, Rheumatologist, Cardiologist, Obgyn, and Endocrinologist. They have known me for years since we all worked in the same health system. Only in the past 2 years, they finally started to communicate with each other by having me put my Subjectives in writing !! That's the only way all these doctors were finally keeping up with me and each other !! Many admited to me that putting my verbal updates helped them document my condition better aling with keeping up with list of my bloodwork , MRI, and medications. Ever since that, my health is slowly improving, plus these doctors are finally believing me and trusting me with my own findings and concerns. We made it easy for all of us (we are all humans).

I do get balance problems, visual disturbances, muscle aches and pains, tinnitus and hearing loss and the itching too. For the visual disturbances, I have been through one year of testing having every test you can imagine and nothing has showed up. And my left eye keeps greying out for a few seconds, several times a week. I’ve been to neurologists, neuro ophthalmologists, retina specialists, cardiologists, I’ve had MRIs, MRAs, CAT angiograms, MRIs of my eye orbits, the dye test for the retinas, blood work, and all are normal. I was led to believe that the only symptoms of menopause were hot flashes, night sweats and brain fog. Because I didn’t have hot flashes or night sweats the docs all said no hrt for you! My mom was on Hrt for years. When the docs took her off the hot flashes would come back and she’d switch docs til she finally got put back on. She was always happier on it. Alas I have soooo many of the weird symptoms but the worst is feeling like I live on a ship. This dizziness always started with an itchy left ear and was accompanied with a headache that OTCs don’t put a dent in unless the pain gets sharp. The vertigo/dizziness does cause me to fall down. I did finally get an MRI but my brain is fine. I’m miserable (the having to pee every couple of hours is horrible and means I don’t get good sleep). Sure wish I’d researched hrt and got on it!

I have been suffering migraines all my life, was kind of hoping they would stop at this stage of my life but they seem to have got worse. I think the full body migraine was the worse I had no idea you could get migraines all over your body not just your head.

I ended up getting a allergy towards taco shells and I'm 42 years old. Almost. My doctor told me that it was menopause related because now I'm having unregular periods and he said it's close to menopause. My hormones levels are deteriorating in blood work they noticed.

Gawd Tuesday I was heading to the Dr for a biopsy on my right leg. She didn't think it was anything serious but since it changed colours recently she agreed to remove it. Anyway on the The last bus to leave my area was arriving near there at 930am and my appointment wasn't until 140pm it was drizzly and rainy so I decided to chill at the coffee shop for a while and after the noise level decreased to a dull roar I decided to just go over to the Dr's office. Crossing the roundabout I must have managed to hit some sand and water on a fairly new painted crossing area and slammed into the ground. I was wearing shorts so it would be easy to get to the biopsy area. Well, after getting back up I walked into the Dr's office waited for the receptionist to get off the phone. She's like hi you can go sit down. OK but do you have anything I could use to clean this up? Showed her my leg with blood from my knee to the socks. The fellow that was going to help my Dr came out and asked if that was what they were going to be working on. Nope I'm just a klutz and feel like I'm going through the awkward teenage thing all over again. Palm is all janked up and so is my elbow. Slammed my shoulder into the ground so hard I thought I would see a bruise come up by now. Same with my hip. I cleaned everything yesterday when I got up the biopsy spot looks awesome, the knee looks a bit of a wreck but not infected or anything. Talking to no one WTF Did you do to yourself NADINE!??? I almost used my full name.

Thank you so much , I thought I was going mad. I had to stop with any tight fitting clothes including a bra, I love nothing better when my son is out and i can walk around naked, clothes seems to annoy me to no end atm. I also keep telling my partner that I think I will be the first person to die from hot flushes it feels like my body is cooking from the inside out, and when I don`t get hot flushes I am freezing, i just want to be in the middle not too hot or cold. Thank you again for your channel, I`m sure I would be locked in the loony bin if it was not for your videos.🤪

Collagen powder may do the trick? And/or collagen from a natural source (really 'clean up' the bone of a porkchop, a chicken leg (also eat the cartilage), the membrane (is that what you call it) around your boiled egg)?

I get red bumps on my legs constantly, although I am only 34, but my periods have been very irregular for years. I was just precribed Dydrogesterone to help regular my cycles (I bleed for at least 2 weeks and my cycles are over 50 days, plus I have only had 2 periods since stopping birth control) I am not sure if my bumps are caused by possible perimenopause, but I might ask my Dr about it
