OMG - I *didn't even recognise Martin*!!! I've never seen him play a 'smarmy arsehole' character ever before (plus they've done something to his hair) - so I TOTALLY didn't recognise him...!! I'm guessing you haven't seen Tropic Thunder? Steve Coogan played the director of the "movie" being made, and that was his character's name. So yea, it's him, plus Martin Freeman (Bilbo Baggins) and Bill Nighy (Davy Jones).
