Top tip for folding the wraps; fold quadrant one over quadrant two, and quad four over quad three, then in half. That way all the edges are folded into the middle and you get less spilling out.

My partner and I had been making vegan crunchwraps lately and this recipe is so much easier and very similar. The dessert one is a great hack I just may have to try. Its also so nice to see a vegan eat easy accessible vegan items, like the Just Egg and Beyond Meat. Love homemade vegan substitutes but sometimes the pre-made stuff is so convenient. Appreciate you and can not wait to have your second book for our home collection in March!

I love this trend! My sons and I have been making these weekly for Wednesday morning breakfast. We use leftover taco meat from the night before, just egg, colby jack cheese, spinach and hashbrowns. I make a sauce with strawberry preserves and Sriracha to spread first. It's delicious! I'd definitely try your dessert recipe with bananas and maybe walnuts. TFS!

That's why I love this wrapping method. You can add more stuff to it. When I was a kid my mom always had that mixed pickled stuff with sandwiches and stuff. I liked it. I would eat the chicken pot pie one. I just made a tortilla dessert with some chocolate chips on the inside and whip cream on top. They make good desserts. I think frying it in butter is best. I am trying to get creative in the kitchen again.

Lauren! I did a vegan dessert crepe edition last week! I filled it with vegan Nutella, chopped hazelnuts, banana, and vegan white chocolate. You are the first I've seen to mention which quadrant hits the grill. Yes, the third and fourth ones are the outside quadrants. I think it's best to put the things you want the most heat in those and more delicate things, like fresh greens, in the first two quadrants. Thanks for mentioning it! It has been driving me nuts seeing people put the meltables on the inside! Ugh. Must be OCD or something. Cheers!

I have a hack for the hack that I've been doing: put the whole tortilla flat in the grilll/pan(with cut) and load/do the folding in the pan with a spatula. Then all quadrants hit the grill/pan surface!

In Italy we eat the Giardiniera as a starter with ham, salami, focaccia, torta fritta, but in my family we eat it every time is available 😂.. The best one is the one with big chunchs of vegetables that in general are carrots, celery, cauliflower and peppers.. Mmm🤤🤤

I own a grill press but I’m unsure how to use it...do you put it on the burner to get it hot first? I have seen chefs use an additional cast iron pan on top but I did not want to do that, seems like a cleaning nightmare.
