House of the Dead Arcade - 1CC - Unofficial World Record Robbed Due to a Glitch (110,040 to 108,540)

This was supposed to be the run!! But due to an unforgiving glitch I missed out on the points I needed to reach 110k. So on a few rare occasions when you defeat Hangedman, instead of going into his dying animation, he'll continue flying around even though he's out of health. It is unknown why this happens but it could be a during a frame perfect shot where the game mishandles the death animation and continues going into the flying one. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but the drawback of this happening is that you don't get awarded the 1500 pts for defeating him, which was the exact amount I needed to reach 110k. If this glitch wouldn't have occurred then I would have cruised my way into the 110k club. I guess there's always next time.
Score Breakdown:
Chapter 1: 22,080 Not too happy with this result but anything over 22k is good enough for now.
Chapter 2: 54,780 Could've done a bit better but 54,500+ is the goal for this chapter.
Chapter 3: 88,760 Didn't play Hermit as well as I wanted on the last phases but I'm not going to complain as I got close to my goal of 88,800+.
Final: 108,540 I'm really upset that the scoring glitch happened on this run of all runs. This would have normally counted as a 110,040 if the glitch did not occur.
Final thoughts: This was a 110k run and I'll count it as one but I know the machine scores tell a different story. I tried to play a game afterwards and actually did better up until the trigger stopped working during the scene the parlors jump out of the glass capsule in Chapter 3 and took 2 hits in addition to a hit I just took prior to that. Not only did I miss out on 900 pts from the damage but I missed out on extra headshots as well. I was able to pull away with 108900 that run but it's hard to achieve such high scores when you're at the mercy of possible hardware and software malfunctions sigh
