"There's only two things you ignore, things that are not important, and things you wish were not important." House has some of the best writing ever.

House uses the same ‘have you never seen an after school special?’ line in a different episode lol. I miss Lucas. He was such a great addition.

House MD is in the same universe as It's always sunny. That's Charlie's long lost uncle.

They wasted a nice side character that could've given variety to chapters as House's curiosity would have made him interested in some of lucas's cases. And he also played piano, to add more in story musicality (there was also Chase to form a bar band or something)

every time a house clip is posted, it always feels philosophically relevant to a current situation/ issue in my life - is it pure coincidence, divine timing or me just applying meaning to television narratives?
@Aztesticals Жыл бұрын
It's that house delta with alot of deeply personal narratives and that means that people are more likely to have a hard hit from it. It's also very popular and well made and so every moment is worth posting

Its the new car effect. You buy a car and suddenly it seems everyone is driving that car. The things that are more relevant to you stick out (unless you're hunting). Before those life situations or that car went by unnoticed because they had no meaning to you or were irrelevant to your life but now that they are they stick out and seem to be everywhere.

It’s so funny to see house interact with other “geniuses” in their respective fields. The sherif from the father funeral episode. This. I am thinking of a few more but also drawing a blank. Point is. It’s great, house recognizes them for what they are. He roast just about everyone but these few individuals. Yea some witty/snappy comebacks but that’s expected.

He would have been great if they hadn't put him as "after Cuddy". That didn't make any sense at all. In fact, if House would have relaxed a little while it would have ended sooner.

For a second I thought "is that Jack Whitehall?" but then I realized the timelines didn't work. Still, I think they could have subbed him in for that PI and he would have done the part exactly the same. Especially the I-can't-help-myself awkward laughs.

$2,300 for the work up until the fake coffee repairman gimmick and $900 more through the ice cream truck recon… This dude has done weeks of work with tenacious detail plus travel, gas and other expenses… and the tab up until this point (as shown anyway) is a mere $3,200?!? This dude seems like he could give Monk a run for his money and he’s only charging $3,200???
@Sniperboy55518 ай бұрын
I think a lot of PIs just enjoy the thrill of the chase. That and this episode is from the 2000s, so factoring in inflation would bring the price up quite a bit.

These mondo under 10 minute mondo episodes leave out too much to understand. The mondo non Rittenhouser TVs in the 50s with their mondo CRT Catholic Ray Tubs were much too small to hold shows more than 10 minutes long. It’s too bad because House is a great show.
