HOW BAD IS THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY NOW??

My boyfriend works at cheesecake factory. He says most of the stuff is cooked fresh that day . And is good quality but it's cooked by different people each day with different skill levels. I get free food often because of him . My favorites are the lemon chicken costoletta, chicken Riesling, and french dip burger. He eats it all the time since he gets it free - he often eats the salmon & the white chicken chili . Everything else are variations of menu items 🤣 After getting it free for 4 years I can't ever pay for it again however .

Tried cheesecake factory for the first time 2 weeks ago when I was on holiday in the US. The portion sizes are large there compared to Europe (like of course..?. I had the Louisiana chicken pasta and it was good! could be a bit spicier though. My girlfriend and I wanted to check out their cheesecakes so we went with 3. The classic, Reeses peanut butter and cinnabon. Massive slices of course but we took it to the hotel and saved it for the next day. My opinion is that its good but maybe a bit pricey

Sourdough baguettes are always tough and crust on the outside sir. Pretty sure it was warm, as they keep the bread in a warmer. Mac and cheese is usually for the kids, and not overwhelmingly fattening. Made with multiple cheeses. The cheesecakes, however, are prepared in their prep factory and shipped out. I've worked at 3 different cheesecake factories. If you ever go back, peep the chicken Madera with redskin mash and asparagus. Thanks for this!

To be fair on the macaroni and cheese, even if it's made for kids, that's no excuse to not be of sub par quality, there are plenty of ways to make less fattening but tasty macaroni. It seemed like a perfectly fine review though, but remember before you start defending that people's taste also can be subjective and restaurants vary in quality sometimes because staff vary.

Chicken Bellagio is my go too at any Cheesecake Factory as for as entrees go, it’s pretty consistent……however o have noticed in the last 2 to 3 years it’s gotten progressively worse, it’s mad oily now when I order it, so I most just go for just cheesecake now, adams peanut butter cup fudge ripple to be exact

Thank you for allowing me a place to vent about my relationship with this chain. I first came into contact with said chain in my very early 20s. This one was located in Atlanta. The experience was an experience I enjoyed. Ever since then, I was a fan until recently, maybe around 2020 when it closed for good where I am located. Well since then, I learned of a new location, however as stated by your friend, (it has fallen off.) When I would visit, there was one particular item I was more interested in than the others. In fact, it's been the only meal I would order for my main course for a number of years. So I GREATLY disappointed when I learned its new location did not have it as a menu item. The end! I took this move rather personally, as I am sure a lot more did as well. The name of this number one pick is called the crescent city chicken rap. It's the same thing when it comes to popeyes when they removed their onion rings, why? Well let me say, we do not care what the excuse is... the end!🕎🕎🕒🕒⚓⚓🐬🐬🔱🔱🤴🤴🕊🕊🌅🌅

I just went to the cheesecake factory last Saturday. I always order the same thing which is the chicken and shrimp jambalaya, while waiting for the food I got the bread which was soft and warm. My plate came out so fast I didn't even have time to finish the bread, the noodles were mush and overcooked, the proteins under seasoned and the serving was at least half the regular amount. Disappointment I've never experienced from the cheesecake factory before. Then the icing on the cake was my dessert order was not only out they said they discontinued it even though it was not only on their menu but on their monitors above their dessert bar!

I love the Cheesecake Factory. I’ve had their smokehouse BBQ burger, chicken parm sandwich and pizzas. For fries I would get the sweet potato fries. Most importantly I love their cheesecakes which are the best. I’ve had their strawberry cheesecake, red velvet cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake and even had the Reese’s peanut butter cup cheesecake so far. The flavors of cheesecakes they have now is a lot. Sometimes it’s tough decision when deciding which one you want. Lol

I love eating the crusted chicken romano with alfredo sauce. But its not as good as it used to be. Last few times I ordered it, the sauce was watery and not as thick and sweet. The breading also its not as crispy on the chicken

I was lucky enough to have CCF for the first time around 10 months ago. I ordered the pasta carbonara with the cinnabon cheesecake. I'll tell you my experience. Things could've been way worse. The service was somewhat slow, but it happens when you have a lot of customers in your restaurant, and the restaurant was almost filled to the brim. You could tell that the servers working there were working as hastily as possible to make sure their customers were treated right. Overall, a 7.9 out of 10 for service. The bread that they gave me was okay. Some of the parts of the bread felt like they were left out for a bit too long, but the other pieces were really good, fluffy with a nice and crispy exterior shell. And the butter was also okay. 7 out of 10. Then came the main course, the pasta carbonara. This was perhaps my very first experience eating this dish, and again, things could be way worse. The sauce was fairly creamy and the guanciale was also fairly distributed along with the peas. The pasta was cooked well and it stayed consistent throughout the whole dish. If I were to give it a rating, it'd probably be an 8.1 out of 10. And of course, the cheesecake. I brought it home with me and I ate it with a glass of milk. Of course, the cheesecake was really good, a 9/10 for me. Overall, my experience with Cheesecake Factory isn't really that bad besides some of the bread being stale. Overall, a solid 8/10. Of course, my rating is a little dated so this might change. Still, I enjoyed my experience for what it's worth.

Growing up I lived near a Cheesecake Factory and my family would go here and there but I never did, only ONCE on a school field trip (guess I had cool teachers that year). The only thing I remember is the neopalitan ice cream was super good. That fettuccini alfredo looks wayyy up my husband and daughters alley but for me no no no! I'm Italian and grew up eating decent Italian food and that creamy Noodle soup bugs me so much, I love a more dry fettuccini pasta. As a previous linecook in that establishment, the bread is frozen, all the cheesecake is from a factory all then thawed or held in the freezer till daily prep. All food products come from Sysco nothing special, that place is over priced and the line cooks are treated horrible! Nothing is fresh beside batch recipes,all stored and prepped from a freezer or days in advance. Most fries and fried food is sysco's finest product.

I have given CF several chances and I have never been impressed by anything on the menu except the Cheesecake!! The food tastes OVERLOADED with salt !!! Years ago they had mini cheeseburgers (sliders) on the menu (don't know if they still serve them or not) they were charred on the outside red & still bleeding on the inside. A few years back pre-covid while celebrating the end of the school year with my daughter, I told her to pick a place and of course she said CF!! Again the chicken tenders and fries on the kids menu (can't really mess that up) but ALL of the food on the regular menu always tastes loaded down with salt!!
