Interesting info.....however a very misleading title. I was expecting Bas to break down how he sees an opponents stance, arm positions etc etc as an indicator to throw a certain punch or kick to a certain area of the body that should be vulnerable.

Most of the video aside, I wouldn't say any of the knockouts he had were lucky. Almost all of the rest of his wins were submission wins. Meaning, his wins based in striking were almost all by knockout. Dude was crazy.

ive watched how a lot of fighters train like GSP, Conor, Khabib , Diaz bros etc. but i likr the way Bas trains the best he doesnt throw 50% strikes every thing has power and i like his strength & conditioning doing full body super sets is another awesome video from Bas
