I really enjoyed this conversation and while it did deviate from the base idea of overall identity, it did explore some important topics. This was a pretty vulnerable conversation for me because I am openly talking about a lot of the past behaviors I had to deconstruct and address. It hasn't been an easy journey and I had to really look inward to make changes and be accountable for who I used to be.

It was a kind of masking. Trying to do what you thought society expected. I had a similar experience growing up without guidance and trying to fit in with people I didn't fit in with.

It very much was part of masking mixed with a lot of different things too that made it difficult to process. Once I really started to be introspective I was able to grow and be healthier. A lot of that was unmasking and facing my own insecurities.

I’m curious to know your thoughts on people who like yourself, have their own business and feel as a neurodivergent person that it is part of their identity, how would you sate the two so that somebody is not deviating from invisible rules that you seem to have set out for them? Genuinely curious because I didn’t mean to make you upset when I felt that what I do was relevant to something that you were saying. I don’t know if you’d be willing to get on camera to discuss it with me
