There was a play that Lucas Raymond absolutely sniped from the left wall on the PowerPlay and Norlinder was litterally just standing there on the point didn't do anything.. Then a bunch of habs fans saying, "look how it elite Norlinder looks" like WHAT 😂

Ok that’s cap they went to conference finals twice last decade and won their division a few times. I think they built a future that will be stronger and can be a real cup contender for long term but this ain’t the first good habs team we’ve seen

Im not sure if Primeau can sustain that much, but the future isnt bright to me, we have Suzuki who's really promising,Kotkaniemi is still uncertain but has a high cap potential... then well not much, Yeah Primeau,Romanov and Caufield sounds good, but they have a smaller potential cap imo, Top 6,Top 4 and Starter! What else? Long shot like Brooks and Norlinder and Harris... thats basically it... you have 1 good line (not elite) than 1 future Nhl defenseman... and a allright goalie... with price and Weber on the downfall, Bergevin will still sunk

One thing that Caufield really needs to improve on is his skating. He's not very fast for a little guy. So having him return to college makes sense.

Good review. Caulfield was the 4th highest scoring Freshman in the NCAA. He actually was disappointing last season with a stacked team of NHL 1st round prospects Turcotte, Miller and Holloway.

Primeau and Suzuki are safe bet, romanov will soon have some tangible data to work with but the rest is up in the air. Caufield is a total wildcard cuz of it's size. In a 82 games season this team is fighting for the last playoff spot at best. Fans wants hope and they keep patching instead of taking the leap , trading petry , tatar and Gallagher should've been the strategy.

Mr. Engels, it’s “conference”, not “division” - unless you meant D-1 which you surely did not. And we’ll wait and see on Caufield. NHL playoffs are a big man’s game, and durability is a major asset. Love the D at NU. Struble still raw, superb athlete. Yep, Norlinder seems to be best D prospect. But who knows. Twenty second clips do not a superstar make.But for first time in 20 years, bc finally built for playoffs, sky’s the limit starting next year.

@Jessie Barely in the Canadian division is my prediction. If the jets and the Oilers weren't thin on defense and the senators weren't rebuilding, the habs would miss the playoffs and still could regardless.
