This has helped me a lot I have to fight with red-black belts but now has become really is u put in this and practiced a lot it gets really simple when u fighting and your body reacts on its own and I’m just a green belt 🥲

How do you cancel in closed stance

you can cancel in the same way but keep your front arm ready to block the flip kick that might come after you cancel them. Even if the cancellation is not perfect if you raise your front leg it will take space and force them to adjust.
