Our central nervous system is the key to each and every movement that we make including the movements in the gym. The central nervous system can become the deciding factor whether you'll
lift 100kg in your deadlift or 150kg. So that's why central nervous system adaptation is very important to understand if you are serious about your lifts in the gym.
In this video I'm going over What is the Central nervous system? How it affects our training in the gym? and What we van do to train and adapt our central nervous system for better performance and better results in the gym?

4:30 ha sir Aap ekdam sahi bol rahe ho! Maine ek baar 50kg big frame uthaya tha aur 50 meter tak chal tha leke kiv ki jan mujhe wo uthana hi tha! Per ab main 15 kg ke weight gym main thak jata hu! Your absolutely correct 💯

apart from this potassium is very good for CNS...u can take 1 or 2 banana in prewrkout..it will help u

Yes, not just potassium even sodium, omega fats, tryptophan, and fibres are also good for it. A sound sleep, rest and meditation also can be done.

Bhai main 3saal train Kiya kaphi achhi strength develop Kiya tha aur achha shape pe agaya tha genetically Mera body fat low reheta hai aur main heavy lift karta tha lekin achha diet nehin le pata tha uske baad mera trap muscle main pain suru hua toh main gym thod Diya abhi mera voh pain toh utna nahin hai but muscle mass bahut loss ho gaya hai kuch bhi heavy Kam karta hun to body main soreness ati hai aur mera shoulder ko rotate karta hun toh bone cracking sound ati hai clavicle bone ke pass thoda irritation hota hai . Please help me bhai.

Sir me aapke workout ki series follow kr raha hu. Usme 1st weak 3 rap short rahna h.2nd weak 2nd rap short rahna h 3rd weak failer tk workout krna h. Lekin problem ye ki meri intensity itni increase ho gyi ki jis weight se 5 rap nikal Pata tha use weight se me 10 rap nikal skta hu . Ab 3rd weak me me failer tk jane k liye 10 rap nikalu ya weight increase krke 5 rap hi nikalu plz tell me sir
