This look like Malaysian style ckt, the usual Singapore ckt is sweeter darker and wetter. I can get this in Perth

@@GregoryLeow yes actually many places here cooked ckt in lard but is not Singapore style. Everyone here cooks Penang style or ckt without the noodles. They are mostly drier as we don’t have the cockles, so no hum juice so to speak.

I loved ckt especially comes with heavily black sauce or 甜酱but I don’t like y must have bean sprout!!! Keep the lard coming. It’s the essence. lol

Its difficult to find hawker frying plate by plate. Most of them fry in big batches which affects the quality and taste...

All the foods at this stall is definitely too pricey. Coffee shop charged $6 for ckt and $8 for hokkien mee $4.50 for carrot cake.... The foods is not fantastic at all which worth to pay for such a crazy price at coffee shop stall. He thought all eaters come to eat his foods mostly are idiot😂

Wah lau. There's a small chain of Malaysian stalls in Brisbane called Lemak. They used to do CKT, but took it off the menu. Maybe not enough people were ordering it. Si beh sad one!
